We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up may attract a partial charge to cover administrative and driver allocation costs.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after confirmation. If you need to adjust your booking date, our support team will gladly assist based on vehicle availability.
Once your booking is confirmed, your assigned driver will arrive at your preferred pick-up location, within the scheduled time. You’ll receive your driver’s details ahead of time for easy coordination.
For returns, your driver will drop you off at your chosen drop-off point or your initial pick-up location, depending on your preference. Lynx Rentals makes sure your experience begins and ends conveniently, right at your doorstep.
